VOLUNTEER
Volunteers are needed to help care for the cats at Hanover PetSmart. Applications can be obtained at the adoption table in front of the cat room. If a volunteer is not present, you can slide the application under the cat room door.
2 PURR PROGRAM
Adopt 2 cats and the York County SPCA will waive the 2nd adoption fee
Adopt 3 and the third adoption fee is 1/2
